-Information isn't wisdom. Knowledge doesn't equate to practical understanding. Facts aren't clarity of awareness.
-When we embody the compassion of understanding, there is nothing to fight against or feel victim to.
-When compassionately honored, our pain can be the fuel which ignites our creative passionate flow.
-Completely & totally In Love
Experiencing All as Love's Embrace
-In order to avoid appearing 'weak', one's wounded self often creates protection mechanisms, instead of allowing itself openly vulnerable expression. When we are triggered, a false sense of bravado arises. This detached, cold & potentially even hostile way of relating is an automatic defense tool to protect the wounded innocence within which feels vulnerable to attack.
Deflecting into protection mode is how we avoid facing the deeper, more painful or raw stuff we feel underneath. We can dissolve these protective barriers to intimacy by really feeling into the core of our being before we lash out or suppress into the silent treatment. Through openly getting in touch with & then sharing our deeper, more vulnerable truths, we honor our wounded innocence within & allow the individuals in our lives to feel closer to us.
Intimacy is cultivated when we allow the other individual(s) to embrace us at our most vulnerable, even (and especially) when it feels uncomfortable to do so.
-The only thing standing between us & our greatest joy is a story we're buying into. An identity we've built is all that (seemingly) limits our experience of infinite freedom.
-Authentic embodiment of our truest essence exists here & now already, and manifests the instant we let go of all the other stories.
-Divine intelligence is the essence of our very nature.
Divine Intelligence exists as the center of all that is.
Flowing inward & outward as the sacred flow of life itself.
Our breath as One with the sacred breath of Infinite Being.
Even the cells of our body exist within & as this infinite intelligence.
Listening to our bodies, we feel the wisdom it shares with us.
-The greatest strength one emanates is the tender, supple compassion of a wide open heart.
-The greatest pleasure isn't felt by satiating base desires or from substances.
The Ultimate Pleasure is Embodying Presence.
